Prospective Irish/EU applicants

Submit your admissions documentation

Please submit the following documents:

 

                        Application Form

                        Copies of Transcripts/Certificates (if required)

You will be contacted by a member of our admissions team when your application is received.

 

Pay your tuition fees

 

Once you have received your acceptance documentation you can start making arrangements for your tuition fees to be sent to the College. You have the opportunity to pay your fees via bank transfer or use the College student payment system, to pay your fees online please click here.

Prospective Non/EU applicants 

Submit your admissions documentation 

Please submit the following documents below for admission purposes:

 

                     Application Form

                     A passport sized Photograph (attached to the application form)

                     Copies of Transcripts/Certificates                                                   

                     Evidence of your English Language Proficiency                                                                   

                     A Copy of the Details Page of your Passport                                              

                     2 Reference Letters                                                                                    

                     Full translations of any documents not in English

 

(including confirmation from the translator that it is an accurate translation of the original documents, the date of the translation, the translator’s full name and signature, and the translator’s contact details) 

Receive acceptance documentation                       

If your application is successful the College will send you an International Admissions Document (offer letter) confirming your acceptance for the course and itemising the cost of tuition fees and living expenses. Please note that the quotation for living expenses is a recommendation only Students who stay with friends or relatives can often live comfortably on much less. In some cases the offer letter might state further conditions before you can be accepted on a course and we would ask you to fulfil these at your earliest convenience.

Pay your tuition fees

Once you have received your acceptance documentation you can start making arrangements for your tuition fees to be sent to the College. You have the opportunity to pay your fees via bank transfer or use the College student payment system, To pay your fees online please click here.

Receive your Visa Application Document

When your tuition fees have been paid and there are no further conditions to be fulfilled, the College will  provide you with a CAS (Certificate of Acceptance for Studies) statement (if required), which you will need to present to the Irish Embassy/Consulate overseas before entering the Ireland. If you do not need a visa to enter the Ireland, the College will provide you with an unconditional acceptance letter by email.

Obtain your Student Visa (if required)

Applicants from some countries are required to obtain a visa from their local Irish Embassy/Consulate prior to travelling to I the Ireland. Visa nationals are required to submit the following documents in person:

                     Your visa application form

                     Your passport

                     The originals of your academic qualifications used to obtain the offer

                     Your International Admission Document

                     Evidence that you have access to the necessary living expenses

Please note that if you are refused entry to the Ireland by a Irish  Embassy/Consulate, your tuition fees will be refunded within 28 days, apart from the registration fee of  €100.

Notify the College of your flight details and accommodation requirements

The College is able to arrange accommodation for you. Most first year students book homestay accommodation starting at a cost of €200 per week depending on your requirements. Homestay accommodation is arranged by hostfamilylondon.com and needs to be booked at least two weeks prior to your arrival. For an accommodation booking form please click here. It is also important, that you notify us in advance of your flight details, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. This is best done by email to info@graftoncollege.ie. You should also let us know at this stage whether you want us to arrange for a taxi to collect you from the airport. The accommodation booking form can be used to do so.
