Introduction

The Intensive course consists of the Standard General English course plus one hour private tuition for one hour per day, on any area that needs attention.   This course allows you to concentrate on individual needs in terms of skills, topics, vocabulary or grammatical usage, while enjoying the advantages of a group class.  

Course objectives 

At the end of this course, you will:

  

·         have improved your ability to use English orally and in writing

·         have a better understanding of Irish life and culture

·         be able to communicate with native speakers with greater confidence

·         be more aware of your own strengths and weaknesses as a learner

·         have developed study skills and strategies for independent study

·         have made significant progress in an area of your choice

Minimum enrolment age:            18 years of age
